What is mobile marketing? This is a question that many people ask and many people try and answer. I would say that wiki does a good overall job of covering the basics. My point for this blog is not to go over each and every understand about mobile marketing but to clarify what people really need to know about mobile marketing.
Mobile as most of us know that this means cellular phone or now portable device. We can get really technical but that’s not the point. Marketing to me is communicating or communication with intensions. So when is comes to mobile marketing it’s about delivering content that users can engage, interact, or participate in some activity. So when you think of mobile marketing don’t think just advertising or the way traditional marketing would work.
Remember this if anything: Mobile Marketing is about Content Delivery.
It’s about what the end users wants and not what you want to deliver. So really you should focus on giving end users what they want to see…
